At the end of the day, let me on behalf of Federation profusely thank all our comrades
for observing the first phase of our agitational programme in a befitting manner.
We thank our entire leadership for taking enthusiastic initiative in implementing the BADGE WEARING programme in each and every branch in their respective states. In some places due to natural calamities arising out of flood situation the programme could not be held in full swing. But everywhere in all states, in all zones our initial protest against non-recruitment of Clerks for 2024-25 and against engagement of Apprentices was displayed through badge wearing in most systematic, disciplined manner.
Our programme has attracted the attention of the management who called us and
enquired of our programme.
So, it is heartening to all of us that our silent but organised way of protest has created an initial impact and roused considerable amount of enthusiasm among our rank and file.

The next phase of our agitational programme is POSTER CAMPAIGN on 31st July 2023. Specimen poster has been given through our Federation What’s App groups on 14th July Circular. If any state unit has not received or not noticed kindly let us know upon which we will again send to you. But thus programme also has to be observed in a religious way
as done today.
