Sub: Pending inter state Request Transfers

We once again wish to draw your attention to the issue of long pending request transfers involving inter-state. We were repeatedly assured that such requests will be considered to the maximum extent at the time of recruitment of new clerks. Keeping in view HRMS was reopened to enable employees to apply/reapply as of 31/3/2022. There are many employees including women are waiting since last more than 5 years to join their age old parents, spouses and for treatment to their health issues. Now that the orders for posting new recruits are on the way, we once again request you to be sympathetic enough to clear as many transfers as possible – atleast those pending for long – are cleared well in time , so that Zonal offices can make use of the new clerks in the resultant vacancies .
