Compensation for losses due to breakage or damage to goods on Transfer

With effect from 1/11/2020, compensation on transfer, shall be as under: –

1. Where an employee produces receipts or a statement of loss in respect of breakages subject to a maximum of: Clerical Staff : Rs.1,650/- Subordinate Staff : Rs.1,100/-
2. Where no receipts/statement of loss are produced, a lumpsum payment of:

Clerical Staff :Rs.1,100/- Subordinate Staff : Rs. 825/-
