Circular to All Members,

Sub: STATE-LEVEL GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MEETING HELD ON 13TH AUGUST 2026 AT HYDERABAD

Dear Comrades,

We are pleased to share with all our Units, and particularly with all our members in the
State of Telangana, the positive outcome of the State-Level Grievance Redressal (GR)
Meeting held on 13th August 2026 at the Hyderabad Zonal Office.

The Management side was represented by Sri Sudip Dakua, DGM & Zonal Head; Sri Ravi Kiran, CM, HR Department, Zonal Office; and Sri Sakti Kumar Singh, AGM & Dy.
Zonal Head.

Our State Union, UCBEA (A.P. & Telangana), was represented by Com. Prakash Rao, President; Com. Jagdeesh Babu, General Secretary; Com. S. Surinder, Dy. General Secretary; Com. T. Usha, Vice President; and Com. B. V. Chary, Vice President.

The meeting was also attended by Com. Ramavatar Sharma, President, and Com. Partha Chanda, General Secretary, AIUCBEF.

This was our first structured meeting with the new Zonal Head. On behalf of the Federation, we extended a warm welcome to him.

The meeting commenced with Sri Sakti Kumar Singh welcoming all the participants and expressing his hope that the deliberations would conclude successfully.

Thereafter, Sri Sudip Dakua, Zonal Head, while welcoming the participants, presented
a brief overview of the business position of Telangana State and shared his concerns
and the areas requiring greater focus.

According to the Zonal Head, the Zone requires special attention towards deposit
mobilisation, particularly CASA deposits, as the Zone’s deposit position is comparatively low vis-à-vis other banks. He pointed out that even other Public Sector
Banks are performing better in this area. However, in other segments, the growth
position was found to be satisfactory, with targets being achieved in the Advances
and Retail segments.

Responding to the presentation of the Zonal Head, Com. Partha Chanda, General Secretary, AIUCBEF, at the outset, thanked him for his clear and transparent presentation of the business and performance position of the Zone.

He apprised the Zonal Head of the initiatives undertaken by the Federation after every
GR Meeting by giving a Call to our members in particular and employees at large to
come forward and make personal efforts towards bringing new business to the Bank
while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

He assured the Zonal Head that the Federation would once again give a Call to all our
members to make sincere personal efforts and take initiatives to generate business
leads for their respective branches. He specifically assured that members would be
called upon to contribute towards deposit mobilisation, with particular emphasis on
CASA deposits.

The Zonal Head, Sri Sudip Dakua, conveyed his appreciation and thanks for this gesture and assurance.

DISCUSSION ON STAFF ISSUES

Thereafter, the meeting took up the issues concerning our members, one by one, as
per the list submitted by the Union. All the issues were discussed threadbare and in a
result-oriented manner.

The major issues taken up and the outcome of the discussions are as follows:

1. REDRESSAL OF VIOLATIONS OF HO ADVISORIES IN PREVIOUS YEARS WHILE POSTING NEW IBPS INCUMBENTS

The matter was discussed at length. It was decided that a separate discussion would
be held with our President and General Secretary to examine the matter in detail and
work out appropriate ways and means for its redressal.

2. NOTIFICATION OF SENIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT (DAFTARY)

As the matter has been pending for a considerable period, we strongly insisted upon
its immediate notification in accordance with the provisions of the PPS. The Management agreed to implement the same shortly.

3. PENDING REQUEST TRANSFERS

The issue was discussed on a case-to-case basis, and various possibilities were explored. The Management assured us that appropriate action would be taken very soon after working out the necessary details.

4. RECRUITMENT OF ARMED GUARDS

It was pointed out that the matter falls entirely within the jurisdiction of Head Office
and, in certain respects, the Board. However, the Zonal Head agreed to take up and
escalate the matter with Head Office, placing before them all the relevant facts, logic
and reasoning.

5. NOTIFICATION OF SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (SCSA – CASH)

The Management informed us that the notification would be issued shortly. We demanded that the vacancies arising in the upcoming new branches scheduled to be opened soon should also be included in the notification. The Management agreed
to examine the matter.

6. NON-PAYMENT OF OFFICIATING ALLOWANCE AND OVERTIME PAYMENT

Cases relating to non-payment of officiating allowance in one or two instances, as
well as non-payment of overtime for late sitting in one or two branches, were discussed separately. The Management assured us that appropriate measures would be taken for their settlement.

Apart from the above issues, several matters pertaining to individual members were
also taken up and discussed with a view to finding appropriate solutions.

Some instances of alleged misbehaviour towards staff were also brought to the notice
of the Management. The Zonal Management assured us of immediate intervention wherever necessary to protect the dignity and self-respect of every member of staff,
particularly our women colleagues.

POSITIVE CONCLUSION

The entire GR Meeting was held in a very cordial and congenial atmosphere. We sincerely appreciate the positive outlook, constructive approach and responsiveness
demonstrated by the present Management Team headed by Sri Sudip Dakua, DGM & Zonal Head.

On our part, we assured the Management of our full cooperation in strengthening our
beloved institution and improving its business performance, despite the continuing
inadequacy of clerical staff at various branches.

The meeting concluded on a positive and constructive note, with the expectation that
the assurances given during the discussions would be translated into concrete action
within the stipulated time.

We are confident that the collective efforts of the Management, the Union and our
entire workforce will help the Bank achieve greater business growth while ensuring
better customer service and a healthy working environment for all our members.

With warm greetings,

Yours Comradely,

(Partha Chanda)
General Secretary
