THREE YEARS OF SERVICE FOR ALL IN MERIT CHANNEL AND FIVE YEARS OF SERVICE IN SENIORITY CHANNEL ,

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

– “GRADUATION” FOR PROMOTIONS FROM CLERICAL TO J M Scale -1 and ” MATRICULATION” (10 th Passed) FOR PROMOTIONS FROM SUBSTAFF TO CLERICAL.
HOW EVER AS ONE TIME MEASURE NON GRADUATES SHALL GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE IMMEDIATE PROMOTION PROCESS OF J M SCALE – 1. SIMILARLY NON MATRICULATE SUBSTAFF SHALL GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE IMMEDIATE PROCESS OF PROMOTIONS TO CLERICAL CADRE.
RE-INTRODUCTION OF INTERVIEW WITH ALL SAFEGUARDS.

GRADUATE SUBSTAFF ASSURED PROMOTION AUTOMATICALLY ONCE IN A YEAR, ERSTWHILE SENIORITY ZONE IN ANDHRA PRADESH NOW BIFURCATED INTO TWO – Andhra and Telengana.

Enabling Provision for HOUSE KEEPERS CUM PEONS who were absorbed from sweepers by virtue of our efforts and agreement in September 2015 for participation in the immediate PROMTION process by relaxation of two years in the minimum eligibility for Seniority based PROMOTIONS.

SENIORITY LIST will henceforth be prepared once a year – as of 31st March of every year- instead of existing “once in a half year”, keeping in view the practicability.

Promotion to JM scale-1 now upto 58 years.
