We are happy to inform that as a result of our close follow up with HO , all arrangements are reportedly put in place for implementation of 11 th Bipartite Settlement.
- Salary for the month of December will be paid on revised pay scales .
- Efforts are under away to disburse arrears at the earliest-hopefully by early January.
- Encashment of PL – 5 days / 7 days eligible for this calendar year 2020 can be availed after receipt of HO circular.
- Revision in Pension, Gratuity, Salary arrears for those retired on or after 1/11/2017 will also be taken for implementation at the earliest.
While on this we also wish to keep our comrades on alert to ascertain…
Whether their Stagnation Increments are granted properly as per settlement.
Whether their FPP, PQA are in terms of the settlement.
In case of any errors, individual members may work out their details and submit a representation to the Zonal Heads through BH, endorsing a copy to HQ.
We trust that through various communications issued by AIBEA and as communicated by us through virtual meetings, you are by now aware that members are required to contribute an amount equivalent to 4% of the net arrear payment received by them as Levy
We are confident that all our members shall consider this as part of their duty and organisational discipline and do the needful upon receipt of arrear payment.
