Sub: 1. Extension of LFC/LTC period due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2. End Users Training on Fincle 10.X for Branch Staff
Bank had extended provisions regarding Extension of LFC/LTC period due to COVID-19 pandemic upto 31ST DECEMBER 2020, vide circular HO/PSD/ESW/256/2020-21. Employees continue to face issues of various nature because of spread of COVID-19 is still prevailing, which is resulting in their inability to avail LFC/LTC. WE THEREFORE REQUEST FOR FURTHER EXTENSION OF LFC/LTC PERION IN TUNE WITH THE SAID CIRCULAR.
Many employees will have to under-go training in respect of End Users Training on Finacle 10.X beyond their place of stay. We are confident that the due care will be taken at our own training centers and their residential complexes. However for those who are not undertaking the said training at our own residential training centers, we request you to arrange their place of stay which do not make the employees vulnerable to infection of COVID-19 IRRESPECTIVE OF COST CONSEQUENCES. Employees are already under tension and are tetchy at the very concept of staying at unknown place. Building up confidence of employees in respect of their safety is of utmost importance.
While on the subject, we further request you to exempt forthrightly, pregnant women employees and women employees having small kids, from said training who are required to undertake the same, beyond their place of stay, especially in light of COVID-19 pandemic. Such women employees will be comparatively smaller in number, can make good the knowledge imparted in the training, with the help of their colleagues.
