Sub: Non-payment of Canteen Subsidy to Staff Members since April 2025
This i s t o bring to your kind attention that the canteen subsidy payable t o a l l staff members o f our Bank has not been disbursed since April 2025.
It may kindly be recalled that in the Staff Welfare Committee Meeting held on 21.06.2025, attended by
representatives of all Unions including the Retirees’ Federation, a decision was unanimously taken for
continuation and payment of the canteen subsidy to the eligible staff members.
However, even after passage of more than four months from the date of the said meeting the payment has not yet been effected. This has caused significant concern and discontent among the employees across various branches and offices.
We, therefore, earnestly request your personal intervention in this matter so that necessary instructions be issued to ensure immediate release of the pending canteen subsidy from April 2025 onwards.
Your kind and early action i n this regard will be highly appreciated.
